Our store is open to the public, there are no minimum quantities for purchase.
No exchanges, no returns, or no trade-ins. We go through an extensive process to get these chairs ready for sale. All chairs are cleaned, tested and touch-up painted. We encourage you to do your research before coming to the store, when you arrive test drive a few chairs and take your time. All sales are final.
Delivery: We are geared for commercial deliveries, most commercial addresses can accept our large trucks, we do not deliver to residential addresses. We will be happy to help you load your chair into any 4-door car, or the passenger seat of most 2-door cars. The chairs are loaded into your car upside down (the back goes where your legs go, and the arms rest on the seat). If you don’t have a car, Friends with cars or Uber are great alternatives.
All prices exclude Delivery & taxes: as a Canadian Company we issue official receipts with our tax number displayed. We charge taxes on top of the purchase price. Delivery (for commercial clients only) is based on amount of product, distance, accessibility (loading docks and elevators), and stairs.
Our Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on every pre-owned Steelcase Leap, and Herman Miller Aeron chair we sell. The warranty covers all mechanical functions (height and tilt adjust, squeaking). The warranty will not cover misuse: scratching arm caps or punctures to the mesh (for Aeron chairs). We stock parts for both Leap and Aeron chairs, we do not stock parts for other chairs.
Repairs out of warranty: We only repair chairs we sell, we are not a chair repair depot. Chairs out of warranty are repaired for a fee, this fee includes parts and labour plus taxes.
Payment: We accept Visa & MasterCard with a limit of $1,000, for all credit card transactions over $1,000 we charge a 2% convivence fee on the total transaction. We also accept Debit cards, Bank or E-transfers, and company cheques, with no charges or limitations.
