Track Office Furniture has taken action to increase safety in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every part of Track — from showroom visits to deliveries, commercial moving and decommissioning jobs — have been revamped to protect employees and partners, ensure social distancing, limit or remove physical contact, enhance hygienic practices and control traffic.
Our COVID safety practices include:
Attend Showroom by Appointment Only
Visiting our showroom now is by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 1 pm to 4 pm. People may make appointments by phoning the office at 416-663-3423.
Limited Showroom Visitors
We are limiting our showroom visits to 1-2 people at a time, maintaining 2+ metre distance at all times.
Visitors’ Names and Numbers
We record names and phone numbers of all visitors attending our showroom, in case it’s necessary to start tracking contacts or notifying people. We ask that visitors wear masks and gloves for the safety of everyone, which we can supply if clients require.
Deliveries are Suspended
Our delivery trucks are currently suspended to limit contact and ensure the safety for our drivers, customers and partners.
Commercial Moving Taking Safety Precautions
As deemed an essential service, our commercial moving service continues operating with our operators wearing masks, gloves and maintaining a two-metre distance from crew members, customers and employees in other organizations.
Greater Hygiene Practices
Throughout our entire organization — company management, showroom staff, moving and decommissioning crews — all Track employees are wearing masks, gloves, using hand sanitizer and practicing hand-washing as often as possible.
Some Corporate Visits Involve Temperature-Taking
Track has started taking individuals’ temperature before entering some organizations’ workplaces.
Zero Tolerance Policy for Symptoms
Any person — staff, customer, partner or supplier — showing COVID-19 symptoms results in the work being immediately stopped until we can confirm the workspaces are clear of COVID-19 infection.
